Job summary

MacIntyre is seeking a Weekend Support Worker in Milton Keynes. The role is 15 hours across Saturdays and Sundays, with shifts from early 07:30–15:00 or late 14:30–22:00. No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.

You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live more independently, building relationships and promoting dignity and respect at all times. We welcome warm, reliable people who listen, show compassion and are committed to making a positive

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; attitude and values matter
• You will work with adults aged 40–70 in supported living settings
• Must hold a full, valid driving licence (automatic or manual)

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living and personal care
• Assist with meals, household tasks and medication when needed
• Provide companionship, encourage participation in activities and community links
