On Board Host for East Midlands Trains (EMR) - Sheffield Station

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour plus commission

Hours: Full Time

Shifts: Weekend-only shifts between 5 am and 10 pm

Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Applicants must be 18 years or over due to certain responsibilities and shift requirements.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including long hours and varying shifts.

No experience is required; full training will be provided.

As an On Board Host, You Will:
  • Provide 'at seat trolley service' on EMR trains, ensuring excellent customer service, managing stock, and handling transactions.
  • Travel on assigned trains, assist passengers, meet sales targets independently, and achieve contractual goals.
  • Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
  • Perform Service Centre duties as directed and engage with passengers.
