Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to win sales, improve margins, and provide excellent service within the branch.
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings and be seen as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with other branch areas to meet customer needs.
• Ensure timely completion of call backs.
• Work with internal teams to understand our products and anticipate customer needs.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand customer returns and aim to reduce return rates by building better relationships.
• Utilize business data to identify opportunities across customer segments and product groups.
