Job summary

Listers Group is seeking a Weekend Host at our CUPRA Dealership in Worcester. The role runs Saturdays 9am–5pm and Sundays 10am–4pm, with additional hours possible for holiday and sickness cover.

You will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors, directing calls, and supporting events to ensure an outstanding customer experience. We value polished, articulate individuals with a customer‑centric mindset and a confident, proactive approach to service.

Qualifications

• You will take pride in a customer facing role and delivering an excellent journey for customers.
• Be confident meeting new people daily and building quick rapport.
• A courteous, proactive approach to customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors to the dealership and direct them to the right staff.
• Receive inbound calls and route to the appropriate department.
• Support departments with customer events and promotions.
• Carry out ad hoc/administrative duties as needed.

Job Introduction We are currently recruiting for a polished, articulate and well-presented individual to take on the role of Weekend Host for our CUPRA Dealership in Worcester.

The hours of work are Saturdays 9am to 5pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm.

Additional hours may be available to provide holiday and sickness cover.

Role and Responsibilities

At the forefront of our dealerships the Showroom Hosts play an integral part in running a smooth and organised front of house.

Within this position you will be the first port of call for many of our customers and as such it is imperative that you are polite, approachable and most importantly self-motivated to create a brilliant first impression of our business.

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the dealership before introducing customers to the relevant staff
• Receive inbound telephone calls and directing onto the appropriate department
• Supporting the departments with customer events and promotions
• Some ad hoc/administrative duties

About you

You will take pride of working in a customer facing role, ideally with a proven record of providing an excellent customer journey in previous roles.

Be confident to meet new people on a daily basis and building a quick rapport to drive a great first impression.
