Job summary

Listers Group in Evesham is seeking a Weekend Host for our Volkswagen Dealership to be the first point of contact for customers, greeting visitors and directing them to the right staff.

You'll work Saturdays 8:30am–4pm and Sundays 10am–4pm, delivering a friendly, polished service and supporting dealership events and promotions. This role emphasises customer-facing excellence and a professional appearance to build a great first impression.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to create a brilliant first impression for visitors.
• Polite, approachable and self-motivated to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors to the dealership and introduce customers to staff.
• Receive inbound calls and direct to the appropriate department.
• Support departments with customer events and promotions.
• Assist with ad hoc/administrative duties.

Job Introduction We are currently recruiting for a polished, articulate and well-presented individual to take on the role of Weekend Host for our Volkswagen Dealership in Evesham.

The hours of work are Saturdays 8:30am to 4pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm.

Role and Responsibilities At the forefront of our dealerships the Showroom Hosts play an integral part in running a smooth and organised front of house.

Within this position you will be the first port of call for many of our customers and as such it is imperative that you are polite, approachable and most importantly self-motivated to create a brilliant first impression of our business.

Meeting and greeting visitors to the dealership before introducing customers to the relevant staff Receive inbound telephone calls and directing onto the appropriate department Supporting the departments with customer events and promotions Some ad hoc/administrative duties About you You will take pride of working in a customer facing role, ideally with a proven record of providing an excellent customer journey in previous roles.

Be confident to meet new people on a daily basis and building a quick rapport to drive a great first impression.
