Caring Homes Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated Care Home Administrator for a part-time Sunday shift at our 75-bed nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home in the UK. You will welcome visitors, assist with daily administration, and help maintain a calm, friendly reception as part of a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy reception role is essential.
• Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Strong communication and efficiency skills.
• Adaptability to handle various tasks, including greeting visitors and observing security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Maintain a beautifully kept reception area and ensure a prompt, attentive service.
• Support daily office administration to keep the home running smoothly.
• Observe security protocols and manage stock as required.
