Job summary

Warren James is seeking weekend Sales Assistants who love jewellery and enjoy helping customers in-store. You will work as part of a small team on Saturdays and Sundays, creating a welcoming atmosphere and driving sales.

No prior jewellery knowledge is required as full training is provided. A smart appearance, good communication, and a proactive, friendly approach will help you succeed and join one of the UK's best loved jewellery brands.

Warren James is on the lookout for weekend Sales Assistants who love wearing jewellery and who have a desire to drive sales and increase our brand awareness.

THE ROLE:

• Working as part of a small sales floor team across the weekend
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere and great one to one customer experiences

THE ESSENTIALS:

• A genuine passion for customer service and sales
• A smart and well-groomed appearance, essential in reflecting our company's public image
• Self-motivated with good people skills
• Confident communicator
• Attention to detail in everything you do

Jewellery knowledge is not required as full training is provided.

THE HOURS:

• 13.5 hours each week
• Saturday 9am to 5.30pm
• Sunday 9.45am to 4pm
