Zusammenfassung

Warren James in Sunderland is seeking 2 x Temporary Christmas Sales Advisors who love jewellery and want to drive sales and brand awareness. You will create a welcoming, one-to-one shopping experience and help maintain visual displays.

Full and part-time contracts are available. Training is provided, with a focus on excellent customer service and a smart appearance to reflect the brand image.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrates genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
• Willing to work as part of a team and follow management instruction.
• Promotes a smart, well-groomed appearance reflecting the brand image.
• Jewellery knowledge not required; training provided.

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver one-to-one customer experiences.

• Assist with day-to-day tasks including visual jewellery displays.

Warren James is on the lookout for 2 x Temporary Christmas Sales Advisors who love wearing jewellery and who have a desire to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

THE ROLE :

• Creating a welcoming atmosphere & great one to one customer experiences
• Maximising sales opportunities & participating in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Be involved with a variety of day to day jobs – including our visual jewellery displays
• Following and maintaining company policies & procedures
• Developing an excellent knowledge of our jewellery

THE ESSENTIALS :

• An ability to display a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service
• Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance – essential in reflecting our company’s public image
• An ability to work under your own initiative
• Happy to work as part of the team and follow management instruction
• Attention to detail in everything you do

Jewellery knowledge isn’t required as training is provided.
