Knight Frank Group is seeking a Saturday Office Assistant for our Bath Sales Office to provide exceptional client support from 9am to 2pm, including calls, registrations, and arranging viewings.

You will welcome clients, discuss property details, and deliver outstanding service while representing the Knight Frank brand and driving positive client experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client-facing role.
• Proactive, confident and customer-focused.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and basic IT skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a professional brand ambassador for the office
• Welcoming and managing walk-ins
• Answering phones, dealing with enquiries and arranging viewings
• Registering new applicants and matching them to suitable available properties
• Communicating fully with all parties involved to ensure that bookings are managed in an efficient and professional manner
• The ability to speak confidently and knowledgeably about the office property list and the local area
• Supporting the viewing team
• Providing comprehensive and detailed feedback to the wider team post shift
• Being a key-holder
• Attending mandatory online training to support this role
