Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Production Operator in Swindon, United Kingdom, to manufacture Wire & Cable products to quality standards and to maintain accurate documentation. You will work the weekend night shift (Fri-Sun 18:00–06:00) and contribute to continuous improvement while following EH&S policies.

Ideal candidates will read and follow manufacturing instructions, be able to hand over tasks effectively, and work to Lean schedules with attention to quality productivity systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, methods, and quality standards.
• Experience with quality management and quality productivity systems.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Flexible and willing to learn new skills.
• Able to conduct effective handovers to maintain workflow.
• Ability to work to a manufacturing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Wire & Cable products following quality standards.
• Perform production stages per Lean Manufacturing and SOPs.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Report deviations to supervision and assist in non-conformances.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
• Obey TE Connectivity EH&S policies and procedures.
