Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking an Injection Machine Operator for the evening shift in Leicestershire. You will operate and monitor injection moulding machinery, perform quality checks and support packing, assembly, and finishing to meet customer specifications and production targets.

The role includes full on-the-job training, a competitive hourly rate with bonuses, 25 days holiday and a pension scheme. Prior experience is not essential as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Injection moulding experience desired but not essential; full training provided.
• Ability to operate and monitor moulding machines and carry out quality checks.
• Willingness to learn new processes and work within health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection moulding machines
• Carry out routine quality checks on manufactured components
• Pack, inspect, and assemble products ready for dispatch
• Assist with insertion moulding and secondary manufacturing operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Follow production procedures and health & safety standards at all times
