Job summary

TQR Consultancy Ltd is recruiting for experienced Production Operators to work on the Weekend Night Shift at their Plymouth site. You will assemble products, operate production machinery, perform basic quality checks, and pack orders while following SOPs and health and safety procedures.

Successful candidates will undergo a site tour, on-site induction (4–5 hours) and two weeks of training (Mon–Fri, 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm) before starting the weekend shift (Sat-Sun 18:00–06:00).

Qualifications

• Recent Production experience gained from fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and under own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product in line with customer specifications.
• Operate production machinery.
• Carry out basic quality inspection.
• Pack completed orders as required.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures.
