Job summary

TQR Consultancy Ltd is recruiting an experienced Moulding Operator to join a busy Plymouth-area manufacturing site. The role involves operating and monitoring machinery, loading materials, and performing quality checks in a Monday-to-Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm shift.

You will follow production processes, report issues, maintain a clean area, and work as part of a team to hit targets, with full training provided and potential for a permanent opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to follow instructions and work to set processes.
• Good reliability and attendance.
• A willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• Your own transport is essential due to the location and shift times.
