Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Weekend Host for Newcastle City Centre to assist during student move-in. This temporary role involves greeting students, guiding check-ins, tours of facilities and helping with admin tasks, ensuring a warm, efficient experience for arrivals.

Hours are 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm on 19th and 20th September, with an hourly rate of £13. This is a one-off opportunity to contribute in a dynamic campus setting and gain valuable customer service exposure.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with shifts, available 19th and 20th Sept.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and families on arrival.
• Assist with check-ins, ensuring smooth processing.
• Conduct facility tours and highlight key areas.
• Show arrivals to rooms and provide settling information.
• Support with administrative duties as required.
