Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Weekend Host for a temporary assignment in Newcastle City Centre. You will warmly welcome students and families, assist with check-ins, conduct tours, and help with basic admin to ensure a smooth move-in.

Shifts are 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, Saturday and/or Sunday on 19th and 20th September 2026, paid at £13 per hour. The role offers an engaging, customer-focused environment and the chance to make new students feel settled.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor required.
• Proactive attitude and responsiveness to issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and families upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with check-ins to ensure a smooth process.
• Conduct tours of facilities, highlighting key areas and amenities.
• Show new arrivals to their rooms and provide essential information.
• Support with administrative duties as required.
