Job summary

Pertemps North West and North Wales is seeking several Temporary Arrival Support Assistants for the busy September move-in period at Central Liverpool. This hands-on role involves greeting students, helping with luggage, guiding parking, and serving as a friendly point of contact throughout the check-in process.

You will work with reception, maintenance and student support teams to ensure a smooth Welcome experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, especially during busy periods.
• Ability to stay calm and helpful with high arrival volumes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet students on arrival.
• Assist with carrying luggage to rooms as required.
• Provide parking assistance when needed.
• Act as a visible contact during move-in and liaise with reception, maintenance, student support or safety teams as required.
