Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a friendly, self-motivated Assistant Patient Administrator for the Maternity and Ante natal area. The post covers Sunday shifts (8am-4pm) for 7.5 hours weekly at West Middlesex University Hospital, Isleworth, delivering patient-focused reception and administrative support.

The role requires prior reception experience, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach within a busy NHS environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Experience in NHS or health environment would be beneficial.
• Previous clerical experience and front-of-house reception experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality customer-focused reception service for patients and visitors.
• Check in and book appointments for gestation within date range.
• Answer ANC phones and deal with patient queries.
• Work in Maternity Reception areas and back offices.
