Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide friendly service and act as a welcoming contact for customers.
• Dishwashing: Operate industrial dishwasher and restock.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Clean and sanitize surfaces and prep areas.
• Support: Assist with basic food prep as needed.
• Waste Management: Sort and dispose of waste properly.
• Stock Management: Receive deliveries and organise stockroom.
• Safety Adherence: Follow health, safety and COSHH regulations.
• General Cleaning: Maintain cafe seating and staff areas.
