Job summary

Bank General Practitioner role at Horsham for weekends and bank holidays with Operose Health network through HCRG Care Group. Hourly rate £65, bank hours only, based at Park Surgery. GMC registration and GP accreditation (MRCGP) required.

Qualifications

• GMC registration and NHS performers list must be active.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES and CQUINs.

Responsibilities

• To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan.
• Strive to maintain quality within the practice ensuring participation in clinical governance activity and contribute to the improvement in quality health outcomes through audit and QOF and contributing to the practice achieving other quality standards to include CQC standards.
• Provide clinical care to patients as described in the job plan and in line with the total triage model including consultations, triage, medications and other clinical administration, safeguarding, reports, and on-call duties.
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise individual patient care; support development of the surgery action plan with KPI targets and cost management.
