Job summary

Operose Health Ltd in Croydon is seeking a General Practitioner for the GP Hub, delivering urgent primary care across an 8am-8pm schedule. You will participate in a rota, work 1–2 sessions weekly (weekends possible), and contribute to improved patient access and outcomes in a supported, multi-disciplinary team.

The role offers an attractive salary up to £112,500 plus £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs, with extensive support including indemnity, leave, and visa assistance.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and regular clinical work.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to quality and patient-focused services.
• Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES and CQUINs; coding proficiency.
• Experience with SystmOne or EMISweb preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care and support rotational surgeries operational plan.
• Maintain clinical quality via audits, QOF, and CQC standards.
• Provide sessions (in person/video), triage, meds reviews, home visits, and prescriptions.
• Adhere to GMC standards; prioritize individual patient care.
• Support development and review of surgery action plan with KPI targets.
