Job summary

St Margaret’s School in Watford is seeking a reliable Site Caretaker to join the Estates Team, covering weekend hours from 08:00 to 17:00 with potential flexible weekday shifts.

You will help keep the school secure, maintain facilities and support Lets, communicating clearly with staff and contractors. Prior caretaking or site management experience is desirable; DBS clearance will be required.

Qualifications

• Previous caretaking or site management experience is desirable.
• Willing to undergo child protection screening (DBS) if shortlisted.

Responsibilities

• Ensure school buildings are secure in the evenings.
• Maintain facilities and assist with weekend opening for Lets.
• Coordinate with Estates Team on daily operations.
