Job summary

LiFE Multi Academy Trust is seeking Event Assistants to join our lettings team across several school sites. You will help provide safe, secure and welcoming facilities that ensure our community users always have a positive experience when visiting one of our school sites.

There are currently 6 secondary schools in the Trust where you may be based: Ashby School, Bosworth Academy, Countesthorpe Academy, Ibstock School, Ivanhoe School and The Winstanley School.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within leisure or hospitality.
• Able to participate in training and work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, secure and welcoming facilities for community users at school sites.
• Work hours linked to the calendar of large events and catering offers at weekends.
• Join the Lettings Team and be integrated with the Lettings Premises Officers across schools.
