Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking Care Workers for a well-established elderly residential care home in Heanor. You will support residents with age-related needs, ensuring dignity, respect and high-quality care in a collaborative team.

We value compassionate professionals with strong communication and organisational skills. A minimum of 3 months care experience, an up-to-date DBS, and current mandatory training are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a residential or elderly care setting (preferred).
• A compassionate, patient, and highly professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing essential paperwork.
• A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment.
• A DBS dated within the last 6 months, registered on the update service or the facility to pay for one.
• All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
• Referenceable work history covering the past 2 years.
• A passion to make a difference.

Responsabilités

• High-Standard Care: Deliver exceptional personal care, ensuring the comfort, hygiene, and dignity of all residents.
• Care Plan Adherence: Follow individualised care plans precisely to meet the unique physical and emotional needs of each resident.
• Accurate Documentation: Complete daily paperwork, logs, and reports accurately to maintain seamless continuity of care.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively, professionally, and harmoniously alongside the existing care team.
