• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) or Care Worker.
• Able to work weekends with reliability.
• Demonstrates empathy and patience, including dementia care.
• Reliable with consistent weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and mobility assistance.
• Assist residents with morning and evening routines.
• Record logs of resident condition updates and wellbeing.
• Offer companionship and supportive presence to residents.
• Perform basic housekeeping to maintain a clean home.
• Follow health and safety standards and home policies.
