Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice is desirable.
• Experience supporting individuals requiring enhanced support (behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, trauma).

• Help people gain more independence in daily living within a supportive team.
• Assist with personal care and community access.
• Encourage participation in activities and life skills development.
