Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) Birmingham is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist for Saturdays and Sundays. This part-time role returns a friendly, efficient front-desk service within a vibrant practice, with access to public transport and a supportive team.

You will handle calls, appointments, and patient payments, contributing to a smooth patient journey and clinic operations. Training will be provided to ensure excellent patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist in a private or mixed practice.
• Background in front of house, customer service or medical coordination is acceptable if no dentistry experience.
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ensure CQC requirements are met at all times.
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality reception and administration service to support patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
• Answer calls and handle patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the diaries using the practice software, Dentally.
• Collect and record patient payments and pursue debts per the practice payments policy.
