Weekend Showroom Host / Meeter-Greeter

About Renault Croydon

We are seeking a Showroom Host to join our customer-hosting Front-of-House team, working in a job-sharing arrangement as a permanent part-time Meeter-Greeter / Receptionist.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a personable individual who enjoys engaging with people both face-to-face and over the phone. Previous experience in Front of House reception or hospitality is essential.

Role Overview

Officially titled “Customer Diamond,” this proactive role demands making a strong first impression through a friendly and attentive welcome to walk-in customers and providing prompt, professional, and helpful responses to phone and email inquiries.

Key Duties

1. Answering incoming calls and directing them to relevant departments in a courteous and helpful manner.
2. Welcoming customers, colleagues, and VIPs warmly and guiding them appropriately.
3. Maintaining showroom point-of-sale materials.
4. Handling incoming and outgoing post.
5. Performing other front-of-house and customer service duties as required.

Working Pattern

• Job-share with a full-time Receptionist
• Working days: Saturday and Sunday
• Total hours: 14 hours per week

Hours of Work

• 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays
• 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sundays

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this part-time role is £12.15, paid monthly, with a basic annual salary of £8,845. Company benefits include 10 days of annual leave, pension scheme, share options, discounts on products and services, and opportunities for career progression within the Group.
