SDR is seeking a confident and experienced Cook for weekends at Patcham Nursing Home, Brighton. This permanent role offers 20 hours per week with Saturday and Sunday shifts, paying £14.35 per hour plus weekend enhancements.

Qualificações

• Previous professional Cook experience
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards
• Experience preparing meals independently
• Understanding of dietary requirements and modified diets
• Ability to manage weekend kitchen responsibilities confidently
• Experience working in a care home, healthcare or similar catering environment

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and cooking fresh breakfasts, lunches and light evening meals
