Job summary

Mainstay Recruitment is seeking HGV 1 drivers to join a well-established client in Minworth. This role focuses on reliable weekend work with guaranteed shifts across Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Shifts run 8–12 hours with start times flexible to you.

All trunking is with a fridge trailer, typically 1–2 drops per shift and no handball involved. Deliveries are to bays at RDCs/large depots, with curtain sider work available if requested. No fridge experience is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable and flexible weekend driver required.
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• No more than 6 points on licence; no CDs, DRs or INs.

Responsibilities

• Weekend shifts with guaranteed starts Friday–Sunday.
• Clean trunking work using a fridge trailer; 1–2 drops per shift; no handball.
• Deliveries onto bays at RDCs/large depots; curtain sider work available if preferred.
