Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Chef at Priory Roehampton Hospital in London to prepare meals that support patient wellbeing and enhance the dining experience. You’ll manage your own kitchen section, cook to recipes, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and at least 2 years’ experience, strong culinary skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Contribute to menu planning and recipe development
• Support, guide, and train junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety, hygiene, COSHH, and fire safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
