Job summary

Sodexo is recruiting for a Saturday Supervisor at Clifton College in Bristol. The role covers weekend catering operations, with a Saturday 9am–3pm shift and a 5.75-hour day, supporting the smooth running of services and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You will oversee tasks, ensure food safety compliance, and assist with events while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors. This position offers training and a uniform.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day running of catering services at Clifton College during weekends.
• Organise and oversee daily tasks, ensuring high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
• Prepare and serve food while adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with hospitality events, including set-up, service and clear-down.
• Ensure all food service areas are safe, clean and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors.
• Monitor and complete health, food safety and temperature records.
• Support colleagues across different catering areas as needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Promote a positive and professional environment while leading by example.
