Job summary

Sodexo at Clifton College, Bristol, is seeking a Saturday Supervisor to lead weekend catering operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and high standards of presentation and safety for pupils, staff and visitors.

You will oversee daily tasks, prepare and serve food, maintain hygiene records, support events and help deliver an exceptional customer experience within a welcoming team.

• Experience in catering, hospitality or customer service environment.
• Commitment to high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Positive, proactive and hands-on approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day running of catering services at Clifton College during weekends.
• Organise and oversee daily tasks, ensuring high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
• Prepare and serve food while adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with hospitality events, including set-up, service and clear-down.
• Ensure all food service areas are safe, clean and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors.
• Monitor and complete required health and safety, food safety and temperature records.
• Support colleagues across different catering areas as needed, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Promote a positive and professional environment while leading by example.
