Qualifications

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We offer Award Winning training which is comprised of a mixture of e-learning from home and in-house workshops. Leading to a nationally recognised Certificate of Care once completed. We would love to hear from you if you are:

  • Driver
  • An excellent timekeeper who is organised and reliable
  • Compassionate and kind
  • A good listener, able to communicate clearly and build relationships

What to expect as a Care Professional:

  • Introductions and shadow visits
  • Minimum visits 1-hour
  • Matching process based on hobbies and interests
  • Ongoing support from our friendly office team
  • A fun, supportive, and friendly office team

Additional Information

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to our clients' needs
  • Aged 18 or older
  • Full UK Driving Licence & access to a reliable vehicle (as you may be required to take clients out into the community)
