Right at Home Salisbury & Andover is seeking Care Assistants to help older adults live safely at home. No experience required; full training is provided. We value compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to support others.

You’ll receive premium pay from £14.50 to £17.50 per hour, paid mileage, and flexible hours including part-time and full-time positions. Based in Salisbury and surrounding areas with travel between assigned locations.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• companionship: build meaningful relationships and keep Clients socially connected.
• Personal care: assist with washing, dressing and daily routines while promoting dignity and independence.
• Medication support: help with prescribed medications safely.
• Home support: light housekeeping to keep the home clean and safe.
• Meal preparation: prepare nutritious meals to suit individual preferences.
• Morning and evening support: help Clients start and end the day safely.
