Job summary

Right at Home UK is recruiting Care Assistants across the UK. Competitive hourly rates with fully paid travel time and mileage at 40p per mile, plus ongoing training and support.

You will provide companionship, reassurance and practical assistance to clients in their own homes, helping them live safely and independently. We offer a welcoming team culture, flexible hours and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence.
• Available for early mornings (from 7am), afternoons (from 2pm) or evenings (from 5pm) and every other weekend.
• Commit to attending a 3-day training course.
• Live locally to Bishop's Stortford, Takeley, Dunmow, Braintree and surrounding areas.
• Be able to obtain business vehicle insurance.

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day.
• Personal care.
• Administering medication.
• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing.
• Shopping.
• Housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Taking Clients for appointments or outings.
