Job summary

Dakota Hotels invites a Breakfast Assistant to join our Saturday and Sunday breakfast service, typically finishing by 12pm, ideal for those with other commitments.

You will greet guests, take breakfast orders, provide table service and collaborate with the Bar and Kitchen to ensure smooth communication, delivering a memorable dining experience with allergen awareness and friendly, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience, ideally in a hospitality environment.
• Having previous waiting or coffee shop experience is strongly preferred.
• A sociable person who enjoys early morning starts.
• Be an outgoing personality with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work at pace and be proactive for the duration of your shift.
• An enthusiastic individual who will promote our culture of positivity.
• Be task oriented with a great pride for the work they do and attention to detail.
• Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business.
• Successful candidates must demonstrate having researched our brand and a genuine desire to be part of our team.
