Change Hospitality is partnering with a prestigious private members’ club in Central London to recruit a talented Sous Chef. You will support the Head Chef and lead the brigade with pride, delivering superb, seasonal dishes for members across breakfast, lunch and exclusive events.

Qualifications

• Previous Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Experience in high-quality restaurants, hotels, or private members’ clubs.
• Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and classic cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Calm, organised and confident during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Lead service and maintain consistently high food standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior chefs.
• Assist with menu planning and development of seasonal dishes.
• Manage stock control, ordering and minimise food waste.
• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.
• Step into the Head Chef’s role when required.
