Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-volume catering.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
• Producing fresh, high-quality food with focus on presentation and taste.
• Planning menus and introducing exciting food concepts.
• Managing stock, ordering and supplier relationships.
• Controlling food costs and minimising waste.
• Coaching, developing and motivating the kitchen team.
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.
• Supporting hospitality and special events when required.
