Platinum Recruitment is seeking a Catering Assistant to join a busy contract catering site in Arbroath, Scotland. Shifts run Monday to Friday on a rota, with early starts as 6:30am and late finishes as 8:30pm, offering regular ongoing temporary work.

Starting ASAP, the role includes basic food preparation, serving, and maintaining high hygiene standards. Weekly pay and holiday pay are included, with a supportive team and opportunities to gain further experience in contract catering.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or hospitality background.
• Good customer service skills.
• Basic food preparation skills.
• Strong hygiene and cleanliness understanding.
• Flexible Monday–Friday availability.
• Shifts between 6:30am and 8:30pm.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with basic food preparation
