Platinum Recruitment is seeking a Catering Assistant in Arbroath for regular Monday to Friday shifts on a rota, with early starts as early as 6:30am and late finishes around 8:30pm. The role offers ongoing temporary work with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous catering or hospitality experience.
• Good customer service skills.
• Flexible availability to work Monday to Friday on a rota.
• Availability for shifts between 6:30am and 8:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with basic food preparation.
• Serving food and drinks to customers.
• Setting up and replenishing food service areas.
• Washing up and keeping the kitchen and service areas clean and tidy.
• Supporting the wider catering team during busy service periods.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures.
