Lime is seeking an Events Manager for a stunning Oxfordshire venue, overseeing weddings and other events from planning to delivery. The role combines admin, strategic planning and hands-on event running to ensure flawless guest experiences.

The position requires strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities and a flair for customer service, with weekend and evening work expected in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality event management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute events, predominantly weddings, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed flawlessly.
• Oversee restaurant service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
• Manage the bar operation with precision and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of service, and driving sales.
• Collaborate closely with the senior management team to develop and implement innovative event strategies.
• Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Work five days out of seven, balancing admin, planning and on-site event execution.
