The Role

Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in infrastructure, providing analysis, documentation, and solutions for system interactions. This hands-on role involves analyzing problems, testing, modifying, automating, and integrating systems, along with strategic planning of IT infrastructure. The role offers variety and growth, with opportunities to influence client solutions and internal processes.

Who You Are

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in middleware products: WebSphere, Weblogic, WebSphere Liberty, Apache, IBM HTTP Server, LDAP, SSO, UCD
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, APIs, web services
• Proficient in SSL certificate renewal
• Experience in installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting middleware
• Support for Disaster Recovery and web hosting components
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA management, and communication skills
• Experience in RCA and remediation
• Knowledge of Urban Code Deploy and shell scripting is a plus

Preferred Experience:

• Security best practices, vulnerability management
• Emerging technologies and middleware trends
