Website Manager - 12 month fixed term contract

Role Overview
  • Manage the grantthorton.co.uk website daily to meet business objectives and lead generation targets.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the website and user experience across digital channels.
  • Contribute to the strategic UX direction for the UK corporate website.
  • Own the website development roadmap, collaborating with GTIL and development partners for incremental improvements.
  • Ensure web accessibility compliance.
  • Manage third-party relationships and tools.
  • Develop and deliver training on website use and templates.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and advisory services across teams.
  • Address business challenges and opportunities using appropriate technology to drive value.
  • Monitor and report on search term performance.
  • Present website performance reports to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile

Minimum requirements include a university degree, relevant qualification, or substantial experience managing a corporate website, preferably B2B.

  • Extensive experience with enterprise CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely (EPiServer).
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing large website projects.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in website personalization, UX, and information architecture.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and contracts.
  • Leadership and team development experience.

Additional skills that are desirable but not mandatory include basic HTML/CSS, experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI), UX visualization tools (e.g., FIGMA), content management, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
