Website Manager - 12 month fixed term contract

Role Overview
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of grantthorton.co.uk to meet business objectives and lead generation goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the website and user experience across digital channels.
  • Contribute to the strategic UX direction for the UK corporate website.
  • Own the website development roadmap, collaborating with GTIL and development partners for incremental improvements.
  • Ensure web accessibility compliance.
  • Manage third-party relationships and tools.
  • Develop and deliver training on web platform and templates.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and advisory services across teams.
  • Use technology to address business challenges and opportunities, driving commercial value.
  • Monitor and report on search term performance and website analytics.
  • Present website performance reports to stakeholders.
Candidate Profile

The minimum criteria include a university degree, relevant qualification, or substantial experience managing a corporate website, preferably B2B.

  • Extensive experience with enterprise CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely (EPiServer).
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing large website projects.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of website personalisation, user experience, and information architecture.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and contracts.
  • Line management experience.

Additional skills that are a plus include basic HTML/CSS, experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Power BI, UX visualization tools such as FIGMA, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
