Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Website Assistant to support a client’s digital marketing activity. The role covers email marketing, ecommerce, websites, social media and content creation, with opportunities to contribute and impact.

Ideal candidates are creative, organised and proactive with early-career digital marketing exposure and a drive to learn across platforms, including Shopify, WordPress and Canva, while driving customer journey improvements.

Digital Marketing & Website Assistant

Hybrid Office-based

Monday-Friday with 3 Days in the Office, 8:45am-5:00pm (30-minute lunch)

Holding a Full UK Driving Licence with your own Car is Essential for this role.

Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing & Website Assistant to join our successful clients team and support their digital marketing activity. You will work across email marketing, ecommerce, websites, social media and content creation, with plenty of opportunity to get involved and make an impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating and managing email campaigns and automated flows
• Managing Shopify and WordPress websites
• Creating social media content, reels and video
• Supporting paid and organic social campaigns
• Creating graphics and marketing materials using Canva
• Updating products, promotions and website content
• Supporting photography/video shoots and content capture
• Helping improve the customer journey and overall digital presence

About you:

• You will be creative, organised, proactive and practical, with some early-career digital marketing experience and a genuine interest in social media, ecommerce and content.
• You do not need experience with every platform or system used by the business. A willingness and ability to learn quickly, combined with a strong foundation in digital marketing, is more important.
• Holding a Full UK Driving Licence with your own Car is Essential for this role.
