Job summary

Confidential in Reigate is seeking a Digital Marketing & Website Assistant to join the marketing team. You will work across email campaigns, social content, and ecommerce site updates with real ownership and a creative edge.

The role suits an early-career marketer eager to develop hands-on skills in Klaviyo, Shopify and WordPress. The position offers hybrid working after probation, a £30,000 salary, and a varied, creative workload spanning social, email and web platforms.

Qualifications

• Some early-career marketing experience with practical exposure to digital and social platforms.
• A good eye for design and confidence using Canva (video editing skills a bonus).
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify and/or WordPress is a plus, but a fast learner who can pick up new platforms is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Planning and creating email marketing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, including copy, subject lines and hero graphics.
• Creating organic social media content across Meta, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Responding to social comments and queries, and providing creative assets for paid ad content.
• Updating and maintaining ecommerce websites via Shopify – homepage, collection and product page banners, pop-ups, pricing and new products.
• Managing WordPress content including product pages, galleries, landing pages and Elementor templates.
• Maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity across web and digital assets.
• Attending photoshoots and filming, and editing video content for reels and long-form.

Reigate, Surrey (hybrid) £30,000 Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8.45am-5pm (hybrid, post-probation)

Our client is a well-established, multi-brand retailer based in Reigate, known for its strong digital presence across ecommerce and content-led marketing. As the business continues to grow across its brands, they're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Website Assistant to join the marketing team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an early-career digital marketer who's confident across social, email and website platforms and wants to get stuck into a varied, creative role with real ownership.

What you'll be doing

• - Planning and creating email marketing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, including copy, subject lines and hero graphics

• - Responding to social comments and queries, and providing creative assets for paid ad content
