Role Purpose:

We are seeking a talented Website & E-commerce Performance Manager to shape our digital future in North America.

You will optimize our website to drive leads, increase conversion rates, and grow online sales. You’ll manage the digital performance of our North American website, working with stakeholders and our Digital & E-commerce Team to develop marketing plans aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead e-commerce marketing strategy for the North American website to optimize leads, sales, and revenue, supporting customer acquisition and retention.
  • Create and update engaging content following brand and SEO best practices, tailored for the US market.
  • Support product launches on the US website, collaborating with content and product teams to ensure consistency and showcase products effectively.
  • Develop an e-commerce trading calendar aligned with seasonal trends and booking targets, including landing pages, campaigns, and personalization strategies.
  • Provide financial reports and updates on site performance regularly. Work with analytics teams to build dashboards and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
  • Identify customer journey pain points and opportunities for testing improvements through CRO and website development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Management experience in e-commerce trading and merchandising with proven growth delivery.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written English, attention to detail, and grammar skills.
  • Knowledge of the US market is preferred.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
  • Experience across digital channels including email, paid media, SEO, and social media.
  • Travel industry experience is a plus.
