Role Purpose:
Riviera Travel has an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Website & E-commerce Performance Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of our brand in North America.
As we launch a newly created digital platform tailored specifically for the world’s largest river cruise market, we're looking for someone who can make an immediate impact—optimising our website to drive leads, boost conversion rates, and deliver strong online sales growth.
In this critical role, you’ll take ownership of the digital performance of our North American website, ensuring it's fully optimised to support both customer acquisition and retention. Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders and closely with our Digital & E-commerce Team, you'll develop and execute e-commerce marketing plans that meet business goals while following digital best practices.
