Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a UX Designer to craft engaging, no-code driven web experiences for global brands within Ads.

You’ll build interactive pages in Webflow and collaborate with Creative Directors, Design Technologists, engineers, and account teams to translate concepts into polished experiences. You bring strong UX fundamentals, hands-on Webflow expertise, and a foundational understanding of front-end technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in design, HCI, or a related field.
• Experience designing and prototyping online customer experiences.
• Experience with user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and web information architecture.
• Experience in A/B testing.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication management.
• Expert Webflow builder; certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Webflow for building and maintaining responsive websites and interactive experiences.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS and responsive design principles.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive web pages, templates and components using Webflow.
• Contribute to UX best practices, design systems, and process improvements across the team.
• Translate wireframes, user flows, and visual designs into responsive digital experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer journeys and optimize performances and engagement.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve user experience and campaign performance.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create wireframes, information architecture, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to generate actionable UX recommendations.
• Ensure experiences meet accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards.
• Present design rationale and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
