Location: Liverpool Church Street

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience with an OTE of up to £39,000 per annum

Hours: 42.5 hours per week

What will you be doing?

We are looking for talented individuals to join our Webchat team at the Vodafone Liverpool Church Street Partner store. In this role, you will lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of Webchat Advisers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed performance targets. You will interact directly with customers via an online conversation platform, understand their needs, build trust, and create memorable personal experiences.
